    HINT:

    [*1] : Normal judgment procedure.

The normal judgment procedure is used to complete DTC judgment and also used when clearing permanent DTCs.

  13. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Radar Cruise 1 / Trouble Codes.
  14. Read the DTCs.

    HINT:

    • If a DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
    • If a DTC is not output, perform the following procedure.
  15. If the DTCs are not output, perform a universal trip and check for permanent DTCs.

    HINT:

    • If a permanent DTC is output, the system is malfunctioning.
    • If no permanent DTCs are output, the system is normal.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

The ECM receives signals from each sensor to control all functions of the dynamic radar cruise control system. When a DTC is detected, the fail-safe function remains on until the ignition switch is turned off.

PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK FOR DTCs

(a) Clear the DTCs.
