Inspection

INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT BLOWER MOTOR

(a) Inspect the blower motor.

(1) Connect the positive (+) lead from to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2, then check that the motor operates smoothly.

CAUTION:

  • Use safety glasses
  • Do not use battery power, use DC power supply (30 A).
  • Do not operate the motor and fan assembly at over 5 V.
  • Be sure to hold the motor in a stable and safe way.

If the result is not as specified, replace the blower motor.
